My songs are written from the perspective of the everyday person faced with life’s challenges just living life. The message related in the lyrics are that, regardless of challenges, the answer is in the love and mercy of a forgiving God provided through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, God’s Son. The solution to life’s challenges, what determines life to be a success or failure, lies simply in one’s decision regarding that sacrifice for one’s sins. The songs contain heartache and remorse for wrongdoings, which is overcome by joy and contentment in repentance and acceptance of God’s offer of forgiveness through Jesus.
